I updated my 2023 Ford Maverick to SYNC3 ver. 3.4.23188 in March 2024 using the FORD supplied download to USB stick and all appeared to be fine until I tried to upload the log file to FORD.com. I got a message“It appears there is an issue with the uploaded log file. Our team will review shortly and update your account to reflect the current version of SYNC in your vehicle. We recommend using WI-Fi updates where available for your vehicle.” and that has been showing on FORD.com vehicle dashboard since then and shows “updates disabled” whenever I try to find any updates. I would like to re-install the update but have since erased to FORD supplied download from the USB stick. I can’t gain access to any downloads from Ford because of the previously stated issue. If I download the CYANLABS update can it be used for this purpose or is it only to upgrade from an earlier version.
