This tells me your APIM is 32GB, not 64GB… So it’s not OEM or the vehicle is imported from the US.
Does this ring any bell?.
If so, you can recover the unit by:
A) recreate the upgrade USB but telling Syn3updater the unit does not have NAV
or
B) use a cut down map package (available through syn3updater) with only a few languages and countries selected, thus reducing the amoung of space required.
