Red Screen Updating 3.0 to 3.4

Tried looking into a few other threads and can’t really find a fix that has worked.

2019 Ford Explorer XLT AWD - NON-nav

This is my 5th attempt I believe. Tried different thumb drives, the usb drive used in the log below is 2 weeks old and used once before this. I’ve tried deleting the files from the sync folder on my hard drive and redownloading a few times. Same error, same spot at about 8 minutes. Screen is currently stuck on the “insert usb” screen.

Since the error is in the Gracenotes package, I’d suggest trying a different package. The one that is selected (4U5T-14G423-BB) is a large package designed for multiple regions. Since you are NA, try loading the NA specific Gracenotes package (4U5T-14G423-CB).

Please use this reformat.lst and place the linked file above in the SyncMyRide folder.
