Hello, I downloaded the Sync 3.4.23188 onto USB today. I selected US/Canada/Mexico for region and selected same for the upgrade region. It shows in the Log and when I was updated at top of Syn3 Updater screen Region: N/A. Is this normal? I am keeping existing maps as I have a 2020 Escape and will be updating maps once I update the Sync 3.4 to the 23188

I have another question. Once updated to the new Sync 3.4.23188 , a master reset is REQUIRED? If so and is there a delay with the navigation working and FordPass (app), FordPass connect working? I have two vehicles on my Ford Pass app…do ALL the vehicles have to be added back to the FordPass app or just the one associated with the master reset/Sync upgrade/update? Thank you.

Technically speaking it’s not required for an autoinstall installation. So if you do not find anything odd and used autoinstall, you can avoid it at this point.

About your questions about the apps I would not know since I do not use those.
