Hi, I was trying to update my system from sync 3 to sync 3.4 manual way, and when it asked me to remove the flash i removed it I haven’t noticed the note to not remove the usb. And now I am stuck in please insert usb interface and once i plug it again it gives me an error.

You don’t have any of the TAR.GZ files other than the Reformat Tool, you somehow haven’t downloaded any of the maps, apps, voice, etc.
So what should I do in this situation?
