I’m having an issue with my sync 2 → 3 conversion, almost every time I’m in reverse the camera shows up then after short time it’ll go blue for a min and come back or go blue then black then come back. Would like to fix this problem as I use the reverse camera often.

Where did you get the custom config from?
Did the config myself, second retro fit I’ve done
I would start by comparing the current AB with the one from a 2017 that came with Sync3.
It’s either a screwed up config. bad camera or bad wire
I never had this issue with my 2016 when doing sync 1 to 3 and I did my own programming and wiring, my 2013 is a sync 2 to 3 and didn’t need programming, but every now and then it’ll time out and say camera unavailable
With the Fusion the 2013 is a one off year, the logic was changed after that to be equivalent to the Modeo in the 2014MY, the 2016MY is a bridge year to the 2017 facelift with some things like wiring harnesses being one off.
