Steering wheel controls not working

I did a 4" to 8" sync 3 upgrade and I have everything working for the most part the only thing that doesnt work is my steering wheel controls dont work except my volume button. Also my microphone for like phone calls doesnt work so if im using carplay and get a call the headunit just cuts to the normal am or fm radio and i cant speak through the microphone or hear them through my trucks speakers.

You’ve got a mistake or two in your config.

Post the ASBuilt from the Sync3 APIM so that we can look at it

That’s for the 4". You need to have one for Sync 3. Post the one for your APIM that you upgraded.

how do I find the one for the sync 3?

If your using Forscan than just take a pic of the AB and post it.

Remember this is a CGEA 1.2 vehicle and the APIM donor is CGEA 1.3, so you will need to make the adjustments for CGEA 1.2 for the APIM to work properly in your vehicle.
