Stuck on "will update once restarted"

Tried 2 different downloads and both times I get stuck on the screen that says “remove usb and will continue once restarted”
It never restarts and never continues with the update. Have not removed usb during process

Is the Sync unit still working and if so what Sync version does it show? Is it stuck on a screen, If so what does it say?

Isn’t stuck on anything, can close the message and still have all functions. Currently have 3.4 just trying to update everything because super laggy.

Seems like the USB got pulled early. How long did the last update run before you removed the USB?
