Syn3 Updater 2.12.2.0 Interrogator issue

My APIM was replaced due to cold weather issue. The Build Date is 9/2023 SO I believe its a MY2020+ however the interrogator shows

which then won’t pick proper updating methods I and on the dreaded 3.4.22251_PRODUCT and am having some of the know issues.
Additionally I would like to update to 2.22 NA maps with updated voice (which I think will require Fmods nav deleted and installer since I believe the APIM is 2020+)

Is there anything I can do to help Syn Updater help me help myself?

Could you be a liitle more specific? As I understand I can easily brick my brand new apim with the wrong settings

You are correct that your APIM is a 2020+ and you should choose accordingly as such so do not reformat. You cannot update to NA 2.22 maps with a 2020+ APIM and Cyanlabs.

You can however still do the SYNC updates just fine.

Agreed, if you know your unit is MY20 there’s no point in running the interrogator log: keep MY20 protection active at all times.

However, everything in Syn3 REALLY wants that populated I am almost tempted to go looking for a proper part num to put in the unknown to shut it up. It’s very nerve-racking to have it scream at you every step of the way

The part number will be the assembly number in this case, MU5T-14g371-CBG. As Bill says above, this is a MY20+.

I’m not sure what you are talking about.
If you configure Syn3Updater accordingly there would be no reason for it to have a proper interrogator log read…
