when selecting a usb the program will freeze and no longer respond, i have tryed different usb, reformatting, uninstalled and reinstalled program multiple times. whats going on?, i was able to download to the computer, then dragged files to usb and plugged into truck, it said itemizing usb but did nothing further. and yes everything is the current version and usb is set to exfat/
You can’t simply copy the files to the USB after they have downloaded as you need autoinstall.lst’s generated correctly and sometimes a reformat.lst also.
As for the why the program is freezing, i don’t know, you would need to investigate this further by checking event logs on your computer.
