Do you have an IPMB? Do you have either the 360 cameras or Backup assist? If not this should not be turned on as you would not have that module.
I don’t think it is the LIN circuit as that goes to the BCM not the APIM. Honestly, I think it is the wire harness. If it were me, I would trace the pins and check for continuality just to rule it out.

Unless you physically see this module behind your APIM than I would turn this off as you don’t have one. That can affect the video signal going to the APIM.
When I did my upgrade I had exactly the same issue. Turned out the RCA adapter on the conversion harness had loose connections.
I ended up getting an adapter and bridged it between the harness and the APIM and used the RCA plug on it instead. Worked immediately
