Sync 2.3 to Sync 3.4 black screen incomplete installation

Flashed new firmware and it appears to be successfull, screen is still black and usb light turns off after about 30 seconds. Followed this for the G series modules. APIM Firmware Flash Rescue will try to do the reformat next.
