So like sandman said, it looks like your APIM really has a corrupted memory partition issue.
Personally I think we can try every trick because you think of replacing.
Do you have forscan? Since you already tried updates and saw the “updated paused” issue maybe in Forscan you might see error codes related to your apim? Please check and if you see APIM related codes clear them.
After that,
- first try to load factory asBuilt to restore your apim to original settings.
- Go to service functions and reset the Apim module
- Go to Tests and select APIM self test and wait for the process to complete. Let’s hope you won’t see any errors
- After all this try to use Syn3 partition cleaner tool and let’s hope for the best
