Make sure the device is the only USB device connected to the car. Also, try all the ports it has.

If that fails:

I do not know what that is, seems an SD card reader.
Use a good quality USB pendrive (not SD, not disk), like SanDisk.

That will not work, you need a proper USB. That device is treated as a hard drive, not a USB.

You have a new USB device now because it was decided the previous one was the cause of your updating issue, create a new installation on the NEW USB and reinstall the SYNC update in your vehicle.

Your previous log stated MY20 protection was disabled (according to Google Translator), so no interrogator log was created during the process. The screenshot you sent before says you have created an interrogator log because you told Syn3updater you may have a MY20 unit.
If you already are in the reformat phase (red screen, mustang background, insert USB, etc), keep telling Syn3updater you do not have a MY20.

You should read the instructions btw…
