Hello everyone,
here I downloaded the 3.4 update for my focus st 2017. But when I run it asks me if I want to confirm the update and once I confirm I have this message displayed: INSTL_ERR11 I tried to download the update without the maps but I still get the same error.
Do you have a solution?

I was just pointed out in the installer app - your current “configuration” details need to have the existing version of sync you are upgrading from.
I’ve changed the configuration to the current version of Sync 3.
Currently trying to “Re download” the files to USB and will retry to update tomorrow on the way to work.
In the sync downloader software / app - Click the configuration button Existing sync version (from your image posted) should be 3.0.19205 - once that is changed - try the download again.
