Sync 3.0 upgrade to 3.4 - NAV Issue

I just upgraded from 3.4 to 3.4 and everything went smoothly but unfortunately I didn’t realized that I had upgrade to non-NAV and I have NAV. now I am getting an error message on my NAV. I have tried to rerun SYN3 Updater with NAV but every time I put it in the car I get Error Code - PKG_ERR04. Any help would greatly be apprciated.

You need to configure the updater for autodetect and set your present Sync version and select NAV, then select the Sync version, the latest one, and ALSO select the new maps you want to install. The updater should configure your install to DOWNGRADE to 3.3 to run the reformat utility.
