I got the following error when trying to update my software. Installation Failed - Error Code PKG_ERR04. The error happens within the first 30 seconds after it says Installing Software Update. I had previously updated sync and maps for version 3.0 to 3.4.23188 NA, maps are currently at NA 2 22
I tried re-downloading, different flash drives, and Master Reset. Every time I get the same error. CYANLABS - SYN3 UPDATER - V2.12.5.0
Any help is appreciated, thanks

Hello, any information, when release new Europe map. No information anywhere. On Ford - Sync3 Map Update I found new map for America, no information about Europe. Which is Ford original page for Europe costumer, Europe updates, maps…

We just have to wait until Ford releases them and then they will be available from them or Cyanlabs.
Only US maps currently and no doubt Cyanlabs will advise here when other maps arrive.
