Sync 3.4.23188 Voice commands

I recently update my 2017 Ford F150 Sync 3 system to version 3.4.23188 along with the latest version of US maps. Since the update the voice commands for the USB music does not work. I used to be able to use “play artist name” or “play song title”. Now it thinks that I am trying to give a navigation command. The only other change that I made was to enable the use of the system while the vehicle is in motion using Forscan.
Has anyone else had this is and is there a solution?

Did you carry out a master reset of sync after the upload to the car?

Yes. I believe I did a master reset twice.

I do not remember another cases like yours, but then again, not a lot of people keep playing back music from USB…

If you have performed a master reset and the issue is still present, what I would try is installing 3.3.xxxxxx to see if something changes… I’m saying this because 3.3 is closer to 3.0 in both look&feel and functionality.
