Sync 3.4 build 21265 navigation malfunction after upgrade

Hello Everybody,

I started from Sync 3.0 build 20204 which was correctly functioning with navigation and everything. After performing automatic update with Syn3 utility, i did not receive any error message during install, but after rebooting there was no gps icon and the message navigation malfunction on the screen. Master reset and rebooting did not solve the issue, so i tried reinstalling with manual procedure. Everything fine, after 50 mins install process finished, but again the same message at reboot, with map always stuck in same position.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Navigation is not working properly.

Provide the logs as requested in the template.

Also, is the car imported?
Did you drive for a while after installation?
When you reformatted the unit, did you see the green screen?.

Sorry, but i don’t have a log file.
Car is not imported as far as i know.
Did a short ride up to my garage only.
At the end green screen saying update was successfully installed.

Ok, some times it may need some time to get gps lock again. You can check that in diagnostics, to see if the car see satellites.

Also, create an interrogator log and run it against the APIM. Post the results here, redact the vin from the title and content if you care about that.

Have you ever made some modifications to the APIM?
