Wrong clock time when ignition is off

Hi. I have problem with wrong clock time, when I turn ignition off, clock time changes to completely different (its not time zone difference) - look like 2 separate clocks. Problem started to appear when I updated sync from 21265 to 23188. I read other threads and think it could be something about master clock, I compared APIM as-built from forscan with factory and its the same. Any ideas what can I do? My car - Focus 2017.
