Sync 3 after update has no voice. Please help me

Sync 3 has no voice after the update. I did an update from version 3.0 to 3.4. I changed the navigation from usa to eu. I made a pack of maps and vote for the EU. It installed correctly, however… VOICE DOESN’T WORK. I can’t hear anything in the speakers, I can’t select the radio station, the “Tune” knob doesn’t work, I can’t hear the caller when I plug in the phone. After the update it was OK, everything worked for a while until I did the Master Reset. Now, even installing a new update doesn’t help. Please help

After doing “Master Reset” the radio voice does not work, you can not select radio stations. Every time you start a message about the unfinished installation

Changing regions is not supported by Cyanlabs.

Having said that, check this thread for guidance → Tutorial: Current EU Maps Installation on US Imported Vehicles
There are some configuration values that need to be changed.

Hello and I’m sorry I haven’t written for so long. Thank you for your reply. I made changes to the forscan according to the instructions. It only helped that there is no longer a message about further installation and usb every time the engine starts. A map of Polish has also been installed and GPS works. Now everything but VOICE works. I still can’t select radio stations, there’s no sound in the speakers, I can’t hear the conversation on the phone. Is there anything else I can do? Do you have any ideas? Thank you.

Disconnect the car battery for 10 minutes and then reconnect.

After doing what’s has just been said, check for dtcs…
Take note of those, then clear them to see if they return…
Finally, create and run an interrogator log and post the results here…

Hello. Forscan shows ACM error No. U2101-0A configuration incompatible. This is the only DTC error. I turned off the battery for 12 hours and recharged. The deleted error still appears.

Since you have a DTC for the ACM, lets see what others say about that.
I do not know asbuilt stuff, but an error with the ACM can cause audio issues for sure since it’s the Audio Control Module.

What’s causing that?, I do not know.
Have you checked that all the fuses are good?.

Can you take a picture of both your APIM and ACM asbuilt in forscan?

If you took a NA ACM and just changed the AB settings to EU its not going to work. Different frequency intervals and it is not HD Radio over there.

Reset ACM module or APIM too? I understand that it is about resetting from Forscan, the option is Acm AsBuilt and Acm reset. I didn’t do it before because I was a bit afraid of the reset, but I guess there is no other way now

Don’t just do a “Reset” you have to reload the AB settings back to factory. Then reset the DTC’s.

When using Forscan a good tip is to always save your current AB before making any changes so you can reload that and start over if you have problems.

Unfortunately, still nothing. On the ford https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/Details website, after entering the vin, codes for ACM and APIM are generated. That’s what I entered. Nothing has changed. After the changes, I have the same settings as in the pictures. I don’t know if this will help anything, but the radio number is FT4T-19C107-KC.I also uploaded an older version of the system, but that didn’t do anything either.

Maybe I can do something else or unfortunately look for a new part ??
