Sync 3 Black screen of death

Switch from Sync 2 to 3 on Ford 2020 Mustang. did the simple install without any Forscan stuff. Worked for 3 months and now black screen. radio works, USB to phone works, but no boot up logo and screen stays black. Tried the reset with power button and forward button, did not work. removed the negative battery for 2 min and didn’t work.
I have an OBDII to USB. Do I need to do something with that?
Your help is so appreciated as I did the bare minimum on this install.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: MY20

Install Type: Unknown

Old SYNC Version: 2.0

New SYNC Version: 3.0

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
All BLACK Screen. No displays at all. Never did an update.

Update Method: Official Ford

Have you done anything to the car?.
Does the rearview camera work?

Did nothing to the car. Rearview camera does not work on display, but you can still hear the beep beep when backing up to a obstruction.

We didn’t do anything except remove the factory set to the larger LCD and SYNC 3 APIM, etc.

It seems that the screen is broken. Just try changing the screen.

Or if the APIM back video cable has poor contact, check it.

the yellow housing on the mother board of the display screen didn’t seemed glued on very well. Do you think that is the problem?
I did buy a new Display. Waiting it to arrive. I hope it works.

To reduce costs, please check if the video cable connection is working properly first.

did you solved ?

Yes sir. We had to replace the LCD as there was a yellow housing that was suppose to be soder to the motherboard that melted off.
Houston 110 heat is not kind.

110 degree heat would not stress solder one little bit.
