Sync 3: Interrogator fails identifying APIM Model, Jailbreak failing

Hi all,

Is this APIM in original state or is it manipulated in some way?
What can i do to make jailbreak work?
It is supposed to be a 64GB EU NAV model.

Apim Summary (From Diagnostic Menu in Sync 3)

APIM Serial Number: NY7101FN
Assembly Part Number: JK2T-14G371-FDB
H/W Part Number: H1BT-14G380-CB
CCPU S/W Part Number: 5U5T-14G381-EZ
VMCU S/W Part Number: 1U5T-14G374-EK
Calibration S/W Part Number: 1U5T-14G375-HA

Sync 3 Version: 3.4.22100

Interrogator log attached.

I have retrofitted a Sync 3 into my Kuga / Escape, Diesel 180 hp, pre-FL.
I do not succeed in jailbreaking. Having used a lot of different USB sticks, repeatingly re-downloaded files for applying the jailbreak (Stick 1), used forscan and manual reset methods to get the right timing.
Tried resetting slightly before the error message pops up, while it pops up, after beeing dsplayed completly - nothing worked.
Installation of daemon fails with SIG_ERR01. I understand that measns the jailbreak is not applied successfully.
Tried it many dozens of times.

Is my Sync 3 really unjailbreakable?
Do you see any signs of manipulation with the hardware, like selfmade memory upgrades or incompatible components?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Chris
