Sync 3 Navigation Fault (No maps, GPS Work)

Hello, Please help me with the problem.
A year ago I bought a Ford Escape 2022 (MY20+) from the USA with the previous owner’s installed F11 maps and Sync version 3.4.22251. Before that, I had a 2013 Ford Escape with Sync 3 and in a hurry I tried to update the maps to F12 (and 3.4.23188), downgrade to 3.4.19200, built reformat.lst and got a brick.
Then using the old display and sync3flash restored my Sync by installing version F12 (3.4.23188) after launching the navigation still did not appear. Error DTC APIM B119F:01-0B appeared in Forscan.
I tried installing different versions from 3.3.19052 to 3.4.23188, from F9 to F13, installed the version 3.4.23188 downloaded from ford.com and maps NA 2.22, try Master resets, Soft resets, rolled back As-Built to the original by VIN (As-Built Databases) and nothing gave a result.
Tired of this and having driven for some time, I decided to get to APIM again and check if everything is connected and if there is a break according to the manual GPS Hardware Test: The Compass/Navigation is Inoperative or Does Not Operate Correctly. (No GPS) - #2 (All voltages are present and there are no breaks).
At some point, sitting in the car, I accidentally managed to start the navigation.
With the Engine Off, and SYNC is off for more than one minute (when USB ports light went) and just turn on Power On button, then the maps are loaded and the position is displayed on the map, but as soon as you press the Start/Stop button (or turn on the Start/Stop without starting the engine), the error “Navigation Fault …” immediately appears. Accordingly, nothing works while driving until you turn off the ignition and SYNC goes to sleep.
If you open Bezel Diagnostics / APIM / Satellite signal history on a running car, 8-13 satellites with a green signal are displayed, but the map gives an error and is not displayed.

I tried changing region and other parameters as in the manuals below:

I don’t really need maps and I’ve already come to terms with this problem, I move around like this, but the error constantly strains my eyes.
