Hi. I upgraded from SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 in my Grand C-Max, and after turning the ignition on there is no sound. Without the ignition, when I turn the radio on, the sound is normal. This happens with the new ACM with part number CV4T-19C107-LH. With the old ACM from SYNC 1, part number AM5T-18C815-RM, the sound works normally. Maybe someone can help—could this be an issue with programming or the wiring harness? My ACM and APIM asbuilt.
