Just changed the APIM to a nav equipped on my 2016 F150. I no longer have siriusXM and unable to provide the Build No. to reactivate it as it no longer show up on my screen.

The Sirius info comes from the ACM and not the APIM. I have swapped tons of APIM’s and never had an issue with Sirius not showing up. Since there are a bunch of build numbers for many things I will assume you mean the Sync build and that has nothing to do with activating Sirius. Since this is a retrofit you have a AB problem and should start by posting your APIM AB here so we can help with the issue.
It’s the same SiriusXM serial number for the ACM, it won’t change by replacing the APIM. The APIM, however, needs to be adjusted to show SiriusXM. You will need FORScan and an OBD adapter to adjust the asbuilt.
