SYNC 3 Screen Flickering on/off repeatedly

I have a SYNC 3 retrofitted onto my SYNC 2 system. It worked well for a few months then suddenly the screen started flashing on/off (maybe 1 sec on and 3 secs off).

I am trying to see if reverting back to 3.4.19101 fixes it (if it is related to the auto-dimming feature).

Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions?

Ensure the cables are properly seated.

Yeah i agree, i’d definitely say this is a HW issue, loose cables, faulty APIM, faulty screen etc.

With it being a retrofit, it is even more likely.
