Sync 3 screen is very dim

Hello,

I have recently installed a new sync 3 APIM and screen to upgrafe from the sunc 2 that was installed from the factory.
After installing the parts the system works i have programmed it with forscan to match my vehicle everything that i want working works.
The only problem i have is that the screen is very dim, i can change the brightness in the options but that does very little.
I can see that the screen brightens and darkens a little when is use this option.
i have tried changing the illumination strategy in forscan to B but it did not help.
the part are oem ford sourced from ebay.
Is there anybody that had the same issue and can help me?

I assume the one above is the one you changed?

Have you looked at this?

CGEA1.3+ Illumination Strategy (CGEAIS)
Illumination Change Step/Gradual (ICSG)

I’m not at a pc currently so can’t really look in to it myself currently, file should be fine.

Yes it turns out the screen itself was bad replaced it for another one and it was fixed.
