While updating the version of my ford kuga 2017 without sync 3.0 sync 20204 (region) (eu) navigation to the version with sync 3.4 (22200 region usa-canada) navigation, I got the error Error Update Pacekage not found. and now i can’t open syncmi, urgent help please. How can I restore or fix this error? help please

Make sure no other device is connected to the car, to any of its ports.

If that’s not the case, it seems you have created the USB wrong.

Post the following:

  • screenshot of the USB’s root contents
  • screenshot of the SyncMyRide folder’s content
  • screenshot of the reformat.lst file content’s

Reformat.lst lists the files to be processed, and it’s not finding one of them.

Finally, based on your original message, you are trying to change regions, which is not supported by CyanLabs (although you will find relevant information online, even here).
