Use another USB drive, likely your USB drive is faulty.
I did that’s why it took 2 hr to respond

OK so…
firstly. stop posting photos of stuff, how are we meant to be able to read the whole log file.
secondly that log file is extremely corrupted, further confirming your USB drive is faulty.
Ok sorry I’ll try another USB drive
Once I re-download everything on a new USB drive how do I see if it is not bad?

You do not need to redownload anything, syn3updater will skip downloading if the files are ok.
Once it ends, check the log file for that usb creation, it’s a text file.
You should not see strange characters, only english ones, no symbols.
Also, please copy and paste the contents here, no more pictures.
Just open the text file, copy and paste here.
Last picture just wanted to say thank you. It was the usb drive. Went and bought a good one… no issues loaded right up!!! Thank you
