after updating the screen from3.0 build 18093 to 3.4 Build 22020 then to v3.4.23188 gave me a red screen with the below error :
Error in 4u5t-14G23-FC-1615431949000.TAR.GC

so please i need your support in fixing this issue

It seems you are trying to install maps on a non-NAV APIM.
If so, recreate the USB without maps.

This is wrong, you are not on 3.4.
Select any 3.0 as current and redo everything.

As clearly stated, you can’t downgrade back to 3.0.

It is a little unclear…were you actually able to update to version 3.4.22020 successfully and everything worked fine before attempting to update to version 3.4.23188?

As mentioned you cannot downgrade to 3.0.20204 or whatever but you can use that as your current version to update to 3.4.23188 if you are still on version 3.0.
