I have converted from sync 3 to the sync 4 using the FordSync4 dot com kit. Everything seems to be good to go however cameras… (i do understand they mention this on their site that thing may not be working, just reaching out here because we have some sync wizards on this site..so thanks in advance for anything)

So, first thing right off the rip it seems that the back up camera seems much much darker when in a darker area on the new SYNC 4. Also when i press the physical button above screen it pulls up the front camera, the 360 view camera, and when put in reverse the rear camera / 360 as well. However i cannot access the front and rear split view cameras now. Nor can i access the camera in 3rd break light.
Is there anything i should specifically be looking for?
just to claify, this would switch to the hard button? i was under the assumption that the soft button would be the touch screen when you press the three bars icon?
also i noticed that the plus button and zoom button do not work as well.
when i press the physical button above screen for camera, the front camera comes on as it should with the 360 camera to the side of it. this would be a soft button? i am definitely confused with that. if possible could you elaborate? i understand i have a different system for the orignial sync3 but when i used that prior it was still a touch screen button.
Pressing the camera physical button activates the cameras but the 3 bar lines have now changed to what looks like a camera view showing 3 directions. or split view. but nothing happens.
