I will try to explain the problem with simple words.
15 months ago, on June 15, 2024, I downloaded and installed the latest version 3.0.23219 of Syng for my Fiesta Stline 2018 from the official website. When I uploaded the logfile to the Ford website, I received the message: “There seems to be a problem with the latest SYNC update file. Our team will look into the problem soon and provide you with the correct update.”
I get that message untill today without having the option to download maps. Now the syng run 3.0.23219 version with F11 map version.
Any one have the same problem or know what can i do about?
