Sync Voice Not working

I updated my Ford Explorer from gen 1, to gen 2, gen3 then finally 3.4. I had sync with voice before with sync 1 but never understood/found out how to upgrade/make the right modules work so that I have hands-free calling in my car again. Wondering what I should do to make that work again. Thanks

So everything else updated ok and you have a working radio, USB, phone, Nav etc. but just no voice?
Did you try a master reset.
