SYNC3.4 21265 update to 23188 facing MEM_ERR03 ALL THE TIME

Try many times and it always shows MEM_ERR03.
I currently add 3 packages in USB Drive
-VOICE 5U5T-14G391-CS
-GRACENOTES 4U5T-14G423-CC
-APPS 5U5t-14G381-AD

Is it okay for separate update sync sytems for 2 times?
I mean I kick GRACENOTES pack out, only keep VOICE 5U5T-14G391-CS and APPS 5U5t-14G381-AD in USB drive in first time.
Then only add GRACENOTES 4U5T-14G423-CC in second time.

Will it works? If not, what should I do?

BTW, the MFG DATE of my APIM is 01/05/2019, I think it is not a MY20 unit. And it is a aftermarket APIM, my car came with the SYNC2 system.

Use the tool to delete Gracenotes from your Sync3 unit.
Install everything on the update except Gracenotes.
Then go back and install Gracenotes only.
The non-nav units have limited memory and this is a way to get around it. This is what I have to do everytime I update mine.
