Sync3 Update Failed

I tried to update Sync3 version from 3.4.21265 to 3.4.23188.
Newly installed Sync3 (3.4.21265) showed GPS problem. So, I decided to update Sync3 to latest version.
Before I update, Interrogator Logs shows Old Sync3 installed 2 Packages (4U5T-14G391-EJ, 4U5T-14G423-EA).

I tried to install but MEM_ERR03 reported.

How can I update Sync3 ?
(I buyed Sync3 from Aliexpress)
Or, How can I calibrate GPS coordination correctly ?
(I’ve already tried DR calib and master reset)

Do you have any pictures of the APIM?

You only have 8G of space and all the cache is full. I’m not sure you should have chinese characters in the log you posted.

Your unit is NO-NAV, only 8GB, so forget about NAV (I’m not sure why it’s telling you NAV FAILURE). Other than that, follow this guide β†’ Tutorial: Sync 3.4 NON-NAV APIM: Failure to Update to Newer Version Sync 3.4

That’s ok, logs always may contain some locale characters since it’s created by Syn3updater…

I’m thinking he’s getting a GPS fault for an open antenna, not a NAV failure.
