Hello I have installed sync4 apim in 2017 f250 for new programming I have used a similar data from newer truck, few options don’t work and I also have few dtcs in forscan, can anyone help me create a new as build data for apim?
I can also point out you’re on a very old build of Sync 4 but forscan is alien

I end up buying new apim from a 23 f350 and a 18 acm radio module , that solved a lot of problems but still trying to figure out how to enable ptc supplemental rapid heater in cab , but Im happy with outcome

Which settings are you having issues with? Climate control thru Sync 4 will likely be an issue.
Its the rapid heat also know as ptc supplemental heater, its a electric heater that blows hot air in vents when its cold outside before coolant temperature warms up
I don’t see that in the options in the JSON file for Sync 4. There is the FOH, fuel operated heater, which was carried over from Sync 3.

I have also updated acm everything works but there is a code for dsp u0256 , is there a way to do anything about this? My understanding is that front control panel is misssing but Im using different control panel from newer model are there any settings to select different control panel?
DTC U0256:00-0A in a Ford vehicle indicates a communication issue, specifically a lost communication with the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM). This could be the DSP is having issues on the CAN network due to the Sync 4 addition, or simply just a wiring issue. Along with all the other communication issues with the Sync 4 addition, not surprising.
What FCIM did you install? Part numbers? Asbuilt?

If the ML3Z-18C858-A is a LIN based EFP it will not talk to your DSP.
Did you also replace the ACM?
Yes I have put newer acm KL3T18D832FG

Is the DSP a Sony or B&O?
That is the ACM. The DSP will be on the back wall of the cab. Driver’s side.
