Another thing, when I select “find mobile app” on the dash, its says it’s searching my phone but finds nothing. Im sureit’s me at this point but seems like it shouldn’t be so convoluted as well 
Bad usb hub or power not connected to the hub. Also make sure the phone is in low power charging mode, you cannot fast charge with Sync. That might be automatic and not a setting though.
That same hub just let me do the interrogation woth the USB, says I uploaded it to Cyans database but I keep getting lost in the adds… its tough
