I just uploaded the log file. I went in and removed GN file off my APM to create more space I now have 2.4G available but it is still not updating to the latest 3.4.22020 version.
Have tou performed a master reset?
If not, try that.

The voice file and app combination are too large to fit in 2.4GB. You will need to replace the voice file with the US English voice file, then do the upgrade with the Sync app and EU voice. Or do them one at a time.

Write the install to the usb and install in the vehicle. You do not need to install GB5T-14G386-AC_1587495565000.TAR.GZ
I have tried using the SYN2 updater from the 3.3.19052 to the 3.4.22020 version and I get MEM ERROR
You need to follow the tutorial and do this one step at a time to make room for the installation for 3.4. The autoinstall.lst examples are in the tutorial.
You MUST do this first; the installation needs to be split for the 8GB APIM’s. DO NOT install GN.

So I have completed the 3.3.19.052 portion.
Can you send me step by step what I need to do I am confused on what I have completed and what needs to be done.
So you are on 3.3.19052, with NA voice file? Removed Gracenote? If you have GN installed, remove it. The install will fail with it installed.
Use the autoinstall.lst file with this in it to delete GN:

Now, once that is completed, use the Syn3 Updater to make a Sync 3.4 install usb.
In the setup tab, set up the updater to present version: 3.3.19052, NA, NO NAV. Apply settings.
In the home tab, select 3.4.21265, NA, NO NAV (Maps).
Select 'Start" and let the app make the usb, etc.

You need to remove Gracenotes…That autoinstall installs GN at the end of the 2nd section.
okay I will remove it and then try to run the 3.4.

Okay I performed this last task of removing GN and then ran the 3.4.21265, NA, NO NAV (Maps). and I am still getting the MEM error.
Please, run the APIM interrogator against the unit and post the full log back.
