Unbrick apim

Good day,
Got a chines apim that is bricked(black screen after update)
Not sure about the model number, i have 2 different stickers on the unit. One says its an 3u5t made in 06/12/2020 and another says its made in 2018.

Trying to go the linux rout and do the sync3flash. Get it to connect and 2 packages to send but thats about it. Not sure what my next step would be in the recovery process. Hope somebody can help me out.

Edit:
Can access the apim with forscan, made a backup of my settings.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Nav

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

Sorry for double post but i think this one deserves it. After a few attempts, i managed to unbrick my apim unit with the sync3flasher and im back up and running.

Somehow I missed replying to this thread.
First of all, kudos for unbricking the unit.

The proposed method as been available for a while now, but it’s not 100% effective as far as I’m aware.
And it has its requirements as well, so that you could emulate CAN traffic and such things…

But, good thing that it worked for you.
Now that you have the APIM up and running you could check what model it really is…
Having 2 stickers does not scream “OEM” nor “genuine”, right?.
