Did you get a picture of the error, screenshot? Usually this error is because of the usb, or you are placing maps on a NON-NAV APIM. Does the APIM function at this point or is it still stuck in install mode?

enable the nav with forscan, a legend came out where it said that it had no maps, it occurred to me to update already with maps

Recreate the usb with NO MAPS, load it in the vehicle to recover the unit. Then run the APIM Interrogator tool and post the results here.

Do this:

The unit is stuck in boot mode. To recover the unit so you can start over again, install Sync 3.3.19052 outlined below.

Make a usb with the following:
In the root of the usb, place a new reformat.lst file with the content below.
In the root of the usb, copy a DONTINDX.MSA (if you don’t have it, it’s optional.)
Make a folder called SyncMyRide.
In the SyncMyRide folder, place Sync 3.3.19052 app file.
4U5T-14G381-AN_1552583626000.TAR.GZ (available in the IVSU database on this site.) You have this in your previous install set.

The contents of the reformat.lst file, 1 entry:

If the unit is in reformat or boot mode, it will just install this file and boot to Sync 3.3.19052. If the unit is not stuck here, nothing will happen.
