Update Fail

Was updating the maps. Now I have card version F9 and SYNC version 3.0.20204
Car is a 2017 Mondeo.
Also don’t know the type Apim
The engine stopped during the update. afterwards I got the following error code PKG ERR03

SYNC Region: EU

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.0.20204

New SYNC Version: 3.020204

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

Update Method: Official Ford

Try unchecking the box in the settings to allow the engine to keep running after 30 minutes and try the update again.

It is solved
I did a master reset and then reinstalled.
this time it worked.
