Update Ford Escape 2019 Sycn 3.0 to 3.4

hi, I have a Ford Escape 2019 with Sync 3.0, this card was imported from USA to Central America, and I want to update Sync to the 3.4 version, witch settings should I select to build the right USB for my case, Can I create a build that have navigation selecting the region ROW and the maps (ROW Central America) or can I face some issues doing this?
the APIM have 32GB by the way

You said it was a 32GB APIM, so it has NAV.
Also, you should have the NAV button on Syn3 homescreen, right?.

If I dont want to update the maps because I will not use it (because I am in another region - Central America), can I update only the app, what should I select to create the USB?

Just select your current sync version and the latest update 3.4.23188 and your region on the Syn3 Updater and retain current maps or do not update maps.
Remember to do a master reset after the upload in the car.
