I want to upgrade to F10 EU cards.
Is it possible, if so, what should I do ?

You can stay at that build or choose a newer one, but you can’t just update maps.
I’m saying this because whatever version you choose to remain on, as long as you choose maps, it will be overwritten nonetheless. Of course you can select your current and desired version to be the same, so that you stay at 20196…
If you ask me, I would go to the latest build which is only a few months old.
This, as it’s recent, has a lot of bugs fixed and other improvements.
Just make sure to configure the tool correctly, setting your current version, region and navigation in the Settings tab, and then the desired configuration at the Home tab.

3.4.21020 is the latest available.
FYI, the naming convention is 3.4.yyddd, yy being the year and ddd the day (0-365/366)
So 21020 is from the Jan 20th 2021, quite recent.

That looks good.
Make sure to follow the tutorial described in the previously given link.
What you need to do is contained in “Updating (Downgrade Mode)”, since downgrade is the required method chosed by the tool.
Okay, I’ll try tomorrow morning and then I’ll let you know the result.
