Hello, all. When I plug the device into my car, it restarted and is now stuck on starting update, but it does not start.

Do you have multiple USB ports?
If so, make sure only the upgrade USB is connected and try the other port as well.

Yea, I have two ports. Same thing on both. The screen is stuck in the starting update screen when I turn the car on as well.

This is where I’m stuck at. If I turn my car off and back on, it’s still on that.

Alright, I feel like a dummy lol, but there was a nav ad card still in the slot. Once I removed that, the update started . Thanks for your help and patience

Yep, that will do it, only the upgrade USB should be connected.
