Downgraded sync to SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.3
Build 19052 and map version NA 2 24 and still no map. I think this upgrade disabled the GPS because when I try abs do a gps reset I get this message
GPS data unavailable.
Please try again later.
Any help would be appreciated .. no maps and wrong time is driving me nuts I’ll pay for help at this point .
This is why I was asking about the GPS error icon.
Change the Sync app and Sync voice to Sync 3.4.21265, followed by a master reset. This version was probably the most stable and the GPS should work. Also, look at the GPS information in the Sync “test menu” and see what it shows for satellite and positioning data.
Just updated updated to Sync 3.4.21265 and did a master reset but this did not fix the Map issue or the time. Where do I go to do a Sync “test menu” ?
