Updated from Sync 3.0.19205 and Nav version NA 1 17 now time is off and no Map

Need some help please. I updated from Sync 3.0.19205 and Nav version NA 1 17 to SYNC 3.4 Build 23188 and Nav Map version NA 2 24 all went well no errors however I see a couple issue. The time is off by 4 hours and evertime I change the time it go back ahead by 4 hours a few seconds later. Also when I click Map all I see is the directional curser and the POI no map. Need some help fixing this please. I have a 2019 Ford Flex

Run the Interrogator Utility in Syn3 Updater, tools/troubleshooting menu, and post here. If you country code is not right this would be the result.

No, you will need FORScan to change the country codes. But before we go there, run the utility and post the resulting xml file here.

I tried running the utility by preparing the USB drive than inserting it in the car but keep getting this error,

I did try but I get the same error. Undated the autorun file to include the -AD file name I moved to the USB directory called SyncMyRide and still get that same error. Man starting to wish I had not done this

OK, so the country code is correct for the US, 5553. But you have an issue with the map installation, only shows 3 files instead of 9. It doesn’t explain the clock issue though.

You will need to perform the reformat process again and install all of the maps and voice files. You only have the base map and US West installed with no nav voice files.

Do you have a GPS error? On the home screen or NAV screen there might be a GPS symbol with a red circle and crossbar thru it…

Your APIM is a JR3T-14G371-CHA in a 2019 Flex…with Sync 3.0 installed from the factory.

Thanks for providing me help and guidance on this I hope I can get this working normally again. Not sure what happened with the install it said it was successful with no errors and the time issue is driving me nuts. I will change the time and roughly 5 seconds later it jumps 4 hours. Can you explain how to do the reset process and what I need to do to reload the map? I have no map or GPS errors

What does it do when you sync the time with GPS? What is your Daylight savings time setting?

Current setting are
24 hour mode =Off
Automatic daylight savings time=On
Automatic Time Zone updates=On

Tried turning them all off and update the time manually and just reverts back 4 hours ahead.

When I click reset GPS data it does nothing

F150Chief reinstalled the maps and Sync again and the install said it completed with no errors but that did not fix my issue. No errors when I click Nav I get the directional pointer but no map the background is blank. When I click the reset GPS it get the GPS data unavailable. funny thing now is my clock is still off but by 2 hours not 4. frustrating. Anyway we can chat on a call or text?
