Updating From Sync 3.3 to 3.4 On a Row Car

Good Morning/evening Yall I’m just here asking for help. My sync system was originally sync 3.0 and I updated to 3.4 and then downgraded to 3.3 due to many bugs at the time, however, I wanted to give 3.4 another shot but when I updated I got a (Mem Error) should I try updating again but instead using the reformat tool ?
