What you are saying does not makes a lot of sense.
Firstly, you said your current and new version to be 3.0, but the logs show that you configured Syn3updater with 3.4.22020 as both current and new version, what’s that about?.

Also the error you are getting is related to a package not being found, so the USB does not seem to be correctly created; which should not be the case if you used the automated method.

So I’m confused about what you are doing.

Before moving forward, please clarify what you want to do since it’s not clear.

I am wanting to update 3.0 to 3.4
The log file says everything downloaded correctly

Since it seems you are short for words I’m going to adopt that same approach:

A) Configure syn3updater correctly with your current and desired versions.
B) Use a decent quality branded USB pendrive (not sd card, not disk).
C) Create the USB and follow the tutorial and proceed with the upgrade.

Everything is quite well explained there, in the Getting Started section. There are other sections with other details.

Then, proceed with the tutorial: Easily Update SYNC 3 Using Our Automated Method - CyanLabs

Take a look at those links, read them and if you have any doubts post them back here and will pick it up from there.
