Given that the part number starts with 5UST and the calibration level starts with MU5T which file in the drop down list would be suitable for my car. I feel like the obvious choice is MU5T-14G371-EBE but when I choose that file, forscan alerts me that the file isn’t compatible with my hardware. My car is a 2021 Everest in Australia.
Edit: Looking back in this thread other posts show the first 10 characters of the part and calibration fields to be identical, why would mine be different?
M = 2021.
The latest Strategy file is 1U5T-14G374-EM. You are on -EL. That is the only difference. I doubt you will see anything useful in the -EM file for your vehicle.

Hi, may i have your PDM and DDM data as this is same as my ford st. I did something wrong with firmware update to PDM and DDM and now i am not able to open rear power windows by one touch.

Hopefully you saved your asbuilt data before you updated the modules as you should rewrite all the asbuilt data back into each module.
Some of the forums that have posts with DDM and PDM updates mentioned that this needs to happen to get functionality back.

Hello @jmbach . Now i cannot use my old asbuilt data it is not accepting it. With factory restore all the windows working same like rear ones.
The issue he has now is that the factory AB is not compatible with the firmware in the modules.
Its one of the reasons that you just don’t grab something ForScan shows as available and why you never flash firmware unless you have a backup of the original so you can revert.

Calibration files and factory AB are not the same thing.
This really doesn’t belong in Sync3 APIM since your issue is with the rear door modules, not the APIM.

What are you trying to accomplish by going to a higher calibration?
Sometimes raising beyond what you’ve got causes compatibility issues with other modules.
